Massage 4 You

Ladies, Take time out for yourself.

1hr online live group video session, once a week. Practitioner-led, Self-Massage, working on your head, neck & limbs. Slightly different session each week.

It will be recorded so you can watch it at a time that suits you, if you cannot make the live.

£12 fee per year, to join group sessions online.

Options to meet together once a month in person, for a practitioner-given 20 min holistic massage, for an extra nominal fee.

‘STOIC’ – Striding Out in Cople, Women’s walking group.

Email me with your name & mobile number & preferred length/ terrain of walks. I’ll add you to our WhatsApp group.

Walks can be planned further ahead, but the group is also intended for short notice company for walks, around Cople or neighbouring villages.

Decluttering services

There’s never enough time in the day to do everything in the house – so let me help you.

I sort things for you for £15 per hour.

Or I can give moral support & just some help, for £5 per hour, while you sort things. Just for this choice, there is also an alternative payment option, in doing a ‘skill swop’ instead.

Garden Photography

See your garden in a new way!

Macro & General Nature Photos. An hours session (or longer if wanted) where I come to you & take artistic digital photos of your garden, on your own phone or camera. £15 per hour.

Writer, or Creative Ideas wanted?
