Monthly evening session. Just bring yourselves. No experience necessary. Scrabble sets provided.
Dates: 12th Jan; 9th Feb; 9th March; 13th April; 11th May; 8th June; 13th July; 10th Aug; 14th Sept; 12th Oct; 9th Nov; 14th Dec 2026. (ie. Second Monday of each month)

Time: 8 pm start. (We try to get two games in within the evening, depending on speed of players)

ADDITIONAL RULES WE PLAY BY:
If someone has already played a blank tile, and you have that chosen letter on your rack, you can exchange it for the blank, but you must use the blank tile in your same go, and change it to another letter.
Players can look up words they think are or might be allowable words, in the books of ‘official scrabble words’ lists (or its webpage) – at any point in the game, whether it is their turn or not.
Players cannot use anagram/Scrabble web pages that find allowable words, from the tiles on your rack.
Scrabble Club History: March 2004, I set up & ran a monthly Scrabble club in North Oxfordshire. It ran successfully for just over 20 years.
